• Five years or more of experience working on web based systems as a developer, QA, or BA
• Minimum of one year experience working as a BA
• Participate and help lead team efforts to create high performing, high quality, scalable software systems that result in an excellent end-user experience
• Ability to create wireframes/mockups for web UIs to confirm requirements with users and clarify to developers. Ability to incorporate web UI best practices into these designs
• Must have understanding of the functional capabilities of web technologies, including HTML 5, AJAX, Javascript, CSS and REST.
• Systems orientation, with excellent skills in systems analysis, profiling, and metrics.
• Understanding of standard software engineering best practices and methodologies
• Strong in object oriented analysis and design.
• Advanced communication skills in verbal and written English is required.
